Stuck between a pulley and a hard place.

Well finally started work on the car! Since replacing my head gasket last year I noticed a real lack of power in the low rpm range so after some research it pointed me to the timing. Unfortunately I rushed to get the head back on and more then likely got it off  by a few degrees. Having most of the job done I got to the PITA part... Taking off the water pump pulley.
